01. The "Raw Footage" Clause

At Wedding Edit Lab, we handle sensitive intellectual property. We do not "own" your footage; we process it.

Encryption: All file transfers utilize AES-256 bit encryption via Massive.io or Dropbox Business.
Cloud Storage: We use AWS (Amazon Web Services) for secure, air-gapped storage during the edit.

To protect the privacy of your wedding couples, we implement a strict 14-day permanent purge policy.

Active Projects

Stored on local RAID servers for the duration of the edit.

Post-Delivery

Files are deleted exactly 14 days after final approval.

Personal Data

Studio Name, Email, Phone, and Billing address for US invoices.

Usage Data

IP address, browser type, and site interactions via Google Analytics.

For our USA and EU partners: We act as a "Data Processor." Your studio is the "Data Controller".

You have the right to request a copy of your data, correct it, or request immediate deletion at any time.
