Terms of Service.

01. White Label & Ownership

Wedding Edit Lab operates strictly as a "White Label" service provider for professional studios.

  • Ownership: You (The Studio) retain 100% copyright ownership of the final edited film.
  • Waived Credit: We waive all rights to credit; you may present the work as your own to your clients.
  • Portfolio Use: We will not post your films to our public social media or website without explicit written permission.

02. The 72-Hour Clock

Our 72-hour turnaround guarantee begins only when the following conditions are met:

  1. Raw footage (proxies or originals) has fully synced to our server.
  2. Payment has been processed successfully via Stripe or Payoneer.
  3. All project assets (LUTs, Music selection) are provided.

03. Limitation of Liability

Critical Legal Cap

In the event of data loss or editing errors, the total liability of Hamayun Nasir LLC shall be strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for lost profits or the intrinsic value of the wedding footage.

04. Revisions & Re-Cuts

Highlight Edits: Include 2 rounds of creative revisions.

Pro Films: Include unlimited reasonable adjustments within the original scope.

"Unlimited" does not cover a complete "Re-Cut" (changing music/narrative after approval), which incurs a $60/hr fee.
